One step short for the tempest

As the weather cast had predicted, in the Friday afternoon a deluge plunged on the Land, causing massive floods and caos in this particular city. The orange emergency alarm prevented the strong rains and winds causing even more damage. And to think that the weather kept warm and sunny 'till the beginning of the month... According to the geography manuals, the climate on this southwestern corner of Europe is Mediterranean mild, (marítime), but the changes are more evident by the year. It looked like a Michael Jackson video clip.

Claustrophobical alleys

Dan had passed the entire night running, ducking, avoiding them, guiding himself on his hopes and knowledge. It had all begun in the fall of the afternoon...He opens the exit door and freezes... nothing, he can't hear nothing; he may be getting lucky. Too bad that this alley is darker. He can't really see much in front of his nose. Foot by foot, he goes to the other end. Suddently... he hears footsteps besides his own, and a inhuman growl roars behind him...
